The hotel is located in the tourist area. The staff is very attentive and caring. The room was always clean and clean. I am glad, that chose this hotel!

Would return just to encounter the reception desk person and his friendliness, helpfulness, .

The front desk person was one of the best I have ever encountered.

He was friendly, thoughtful, anticipatory, and extremely pleasant.

If you stay for no other reason, stay to meet up with him.

The rooms were slightly dated.

Charming and comfortable. Good Value for money. Good stay in this older, basic but very comfortable hotel. Was good value for money. This is a typical property for this area in Thessaloniki. The location was convenient to the bus services (two blocks), there are some charming local restaurants nearby in side streets and it is only a good walk (15 mins) to the famous waterfront area. Good wifi. Good aircon. Clean bathroom. Good communication and service from the front desk.

Just perfect, will visit again. Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and willing to assist with any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay, and certainly will book again. The breakfast was basic but had all which was more than expected. The staff again were pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Nea Metropolis.

Convenient, clean and with service-minded staff The hotel is located only minutes away from the heart of Thessaloniki. Close to Egnatia street but with enough distance to avoid most of the noise. My single bedroom was clean and tidy. There was TV and AC in it. Good WiFi connection. The reception is open 24/7 which is convenient for those arriving late. Friendly welcome and quick check-in. I especially appreciate that I was able to leave my stuff at the hotel for a few hours even after I had checked out! The building is probably a bit old so the rooms don’t have a modern fresh look. You may notice small signs of wear. Nothing major that would turn me away though.

Idéalement situé, sur la route du bus venant de l'aéroport, et à 15 mn à pied du coeur de la ville J'ai apprécié le service de bagagerie, et la localisation en retrai de l'artère principale Egnatia qui garantit un certain calme tout en étant à proximité d'arrêts de bus stratégiques, du marché et de bons restaurants. On peut atteindre à pied en moins de 30 mn la quasi totalité des attractions touristiques. Le rideau de douche était légèrement trop court, et il est dommage de ne pas avoir d'étagères dans la penderie pour pouvoir ranger ses affaires.

Εξαιρετική Επιλογή τόσο στην ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών, καθαριότητα και στην τιμή!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το Ξενοδοχείο Nea Metropolis είναι ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ καθαρό, ζεστό και φιλόξενο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό και μας παρείχε οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια του ζητήθηκε. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά με καθαρές πετσέτες, σεντόνια και κουβέρτες. Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ καλό. Στο Lobby προσφέρεται καφές/ τσάι και υπάρχει επίσης υπολογιστής και εκτυπωτής για χρήση των ταξιδιωτών. Σε όλο το χώρο υπάρχει δωρεάν wifi. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε πάροδο της οδού Εγνατίας – σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Απέχει πολύ λίγο από τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης που είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια - την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους, τον Λευκό Πύργο, την Εκκλησία Αγίου Δημητρίου και την εμπορική οδό Τσιμισκή και τις καφετέριες / εστιατόρια στο παραλιακό. Στον απέναντι δρόμο από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει στάση για ταξί και στάση για λεωφορείο.
